The initial phase of the project has successfully launched, featuring advanced call center technology that empowers Beggars Pizza employees to efficiently and effectively manage guest orders. The Onosys platform integrates seamlessly with the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS), loyalty, and payment solutions, ensuring real-time product updates, accurate pricing, and streamlined workflows. Additionally, Beggars Pizza has adopted the Onosys marketplace solution, which simplifies the publishing of menus and pricing across all marketplaces and directly injects orders into the POS system—eliminating the need for tablets at all locations.
